Frank is a senior developer with 15+ years building and integrating enterprise software in demanding, compliance-heavy environments. He founded Crème Mind AI in April 2026 to build practical software for professionals whose work depends on accuracy and accountability.
He designs and builds the company's products, and early In Limine customers are set up by him directly.
